The challenge
Small kiosks and restaurants took orders by hand over WhatsApp: slow replies, lost details and mistakes at peak hours.
What I did
- Designed the product and the multi-tenant data model
- Built the digital menu and the ordering flow in Angular
- Built Spring Boot APIs on top of PostgreSQL
- Set up authentication and roles with Keycloak
- Containerized with Docker and deployed to AWS with GitLab CI
- Run and iterate on the product in production
The outcome
Restaurants spend 60% less time answering WhatsApp by hand, and orders arrive organized, with zero errors.
